GENERAL

The renter must provide Ezy Rent A Car with the following documents in order to rent the vehicle .

• Over 21 years of  age
• Passport , Driver’s License, ID
• Contacting address and contacting number
• Work permit (if any)
• Business registration (if rent under corporate name)
• Ezy Rent A Car Not promise on car model, type due to car class specification reservation
• Ezy Rent A Car Not accept alternative on the day of pick up.
• Ezy Rent A Car Not refund the payment made to the rental, if return the car early or quit renting due to any reason.

Extra charge of 1000 Baht is applied for transfer service during 12:00 AM – 07:00 AM from airport to central Bangkok or central Bangkok to airport.
• In case of delivery, we will deliver the rented vehicle to your location during our working hour.
• In case of return, please return the rented vehicle at the location during our working hour.

Our working hour is 08.00 AM – 08.00 PM. If customers require to deliver or return the rented vehicle beyond working hour. The extra charge will be applied.

• In case of mechanical problem or under maintenance, Ezy Rent A Car agreed to have it replaced with the same or similar type for temporary use until the rented vehicle become available.
• In case where the rented vehicle is used or kept in up-country, any necessary servicing and repairing cost will be reimbursed from Ezy Rent A Car, upon presentation of the damaged or replaced parts and the receipt shall be properly issued under name and address only. Any repair and replace of parts shall be permitted by Ezy Rent A Car before repairing work in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
• Ezy Rent A Car does not responsible for the cost of punctured tired. Failure to repair punctured tire will be later charged. The Renter shall repair such tired at his own expenses as soon as possible since the spare tire should be used only temporary and for shortest distance.

• If accident occurs. Please call the insurance immediately, the insurance and contact number can be found on the driver’s front windshield and in the glove compartment.
• In case that renter is the fault party, the minor charge of 3,000 Baht and maximum of 5,000 Baht ( need vehicle replacement ) will be charged. The renter is responsible to pay the charges.
• All vehicles are covered with first-class insurance. Please see detail for limited liability:

  Note: Insurance claim must be made and get authorized directly with insurance company. For more information, please call 1557.  Ezy Rent A Car does not issue the above coverage policy, therefore Ezy Rent A Car cannot grant any benefit, permission or re-imbursement that occurs from accident.

  
  

  * No compensation is payable for the following cases:

• An accident that is not reported to the local police or to the rental location.
• An accident while driving recklessly, such as an accident caused intentionally.
• An accident caused by an unlicensed driver or while under the influence of alcohol or drug.
• An accident caused by a driver unauthorized by the rental car company.
• An accident caused by the fault of the other driver.
• A hit-and-run case of an accident during an unauthorized extension of your rental period.

• The renter is responsible to pay penalty if the renter violated traffic regulation due to illegal parking, excessing speed and from traffic camera which might occurs afterward. This may resulted in collection from your credit card at the time of later proven evidences.

• The payment will be made by cash or credit card upon delivery of the car. At the end of the rental period, the rented vehicle shall be returned to Ezy Rent A Car in the same condition as it was delivery. Addition charges will be applied under the following circumstances:
  Excessing Scheduled Return Time
• If the rented vehicle is returned to Ezy Rent A Car later that the scheduled return date, Ezy Rent A Car will charge the standard rate per day. The charged will be applied for the excessing date to the date on which the rented vehicle is returned
  Neglect to Refuel The Gas Tank
• If the rented vehicle is returned to Ezy Rent A Car without the same level for fuel as it delivered, Ezy Rent A Car will charge the differences and the renter is agreed to pay the fuel charges.
  Excessing Payment Scheduled Time
• If Ezy Rent A Car does not receive the rental payment on the scheduled time as agreed in the Rental Contract. Outstanding payment will be charged through Renter’s credit card.
